In an increasingly saturated personal care market cosmetics manufactures are always looking for ways to make their products stand out.
Novel formulations that offer different aesthetics or textures are becoming more prominent. Many of these revolve around the core integration of high levels of oils which allow for a wide range of different application types and offer complete customisation of texture.
Whilst differentiating a product is important giving customers what they want is also critical. Moisturisation and botanical ingredients are two claims that are extremely popular year after year. This is a key area where the inherent benefits of oils can be exploited.
This presentation focuses on the different benefits associated with formulating with oils and the range of different applications possible.
